I have a feeling most people have fatigue as a symptom.
That was my preconception aswell. But I am not so sure since I dont see it that much on here. Also the nature of fatigue I am curious about. There is for instance a difference between brain fog fatigue, or muscle fatigue, or stress/depression fatigue.
Chris i’ve got all of those. I’m not exercising at the moment, but my body feels like i’ve been lifting heavy (not like muscle tears you get when you do lots of reps, but no energy to get them moving). I often have to pause & remember what I was talking about. Both of those make you feel very down.
