Able, is there a recommended amount of kefir to take in a day? Also, my understanding is that, if possible, we should take on an empty stomach? I currently drink a cup morning and night, and would LOVE to drink more because I love it, but don’t know what is recommended.
Also, one of my symptoms coming into the strict diet has been constipation that has landed me in emergency rooms for my entire life. When I first started the strict diet, this seemed to get better, but I’m pretty borderline right now, and i just read somewhere on the forum that kefir can help with constipation—is that true? If so, I would drink as much as is reasonable.
