Hi Trish, I know the feeling. The first 10 days was the toughest for me. I have been on the Candida diet for two months now and feel much better but definitely not 100%. My diet isn’t as strict as it was when I first started and there is still gradual improvement. Everyone is different. Most of my symptoms are gone but I still have leaky gut syndromes which I’m working on now. Maybe you have it too because you listed bloatedness as your biggest concern? I’m bloated all the time, especially when I have meat. Does that do it for you too?
