We have a strict forum diet if you are interested, it may aid in your recovery. Email able900 for a copy. It sounds like things were better and then they went worse…this is fairly typical because when you kill candida and other things that live on the western diet (unhealthy flora, parasites, etc), it makes you feel worse for a period of a few weeks (or longer). Depending on how bad the infestation is, die-off symptoms could be between incredibly debilitating to barely any difference. Everyone’s different and the healthier you are, the less die-off you will experience. Thats atleast my understanding from seeing posts on the forum for the last year.
Almonds contain molds, and candida is a fungus…so it can live off of that rather easily. Eating foods with molds can make you feel worse than you need to feel. Quinoa is something that is borderline slightly bad for the diet because of its starch content. I personally didn’t notice any symptoms 3 days of eating it in a row, and then on the 4th day I became highly allergic to it. To me, this meant that it wasn’t safe for the diet. Its hard to gauge what is good and bad for your own personal diet, but trial and error is a great way to see how well it can make you feel. (in other words, try out certain foods for a few days and if you have any symptoms from them, stop and see if they go away).
