I also notice that yogurt and such doesn’t work well with my stomach. My main problem is gas and diarrhea.
What I would like is a flour that works with my body. Do anyone know of a flour that works with SIBO but doesn’t feed candida? Coconut, buckwheat and oat bran is too fibery. But of course, if it don’t feed the candida it should be on the allowed foods list, but it never hurts to ask …
I’m a bit low in iron, does iron supply feed candida/SIBO?
Thanks again Thomas for all your help.
Np mate, for iron try to eat liver! Often people think they have SIBO or they have Candida. Its very much possible to have both. Your have to study and make a battle plan. If we have both than it is not so simple as killing bacteria because then candida takes the place.
What I do now is: Eating brew of chicken and bones. Jellos. and very very little fibre. I dont have gas anymore and the diarre stopped. But what I am left with are the candida poisons in my body. Here my main focus will be on eleminating the poisions first, then to attack candida. I put up a pdf here in the general forum. Read that it teaches how do make yourself Wondro which helpes to keep the poison from the candida neutralised. After that I will see how I get the candida out of my system. I think its a battle on two frontlines and a dance on the high rope. Not so easy to balance everything but it must be possible to get the body in balance so it can heal itself. The body is not stupid but it needs the right stuff to do the job.
