I would consider eating the following:
-oat bran (similar taste to oatmeal but without the starch) on allowed foods list
-pumpkin pie muffin bread (check recipe in forum)
-chicken sausage is allowed on the diet, cook it up! Same with turkey but not as tasty…you can have buffalo as well.
-greek yogurt with kefir and blueberries (with stevia) (just 15 blueberries or so).
-cream of buckwheat (similar to oatmeal)
