I also have GF Oatbran I add that to my Pumpkin Coconut Bread.
Can’t eat dairy
Can’t eat chicken more than once a week moderate sensitivity to it so instead I would eat duck, turkey, game hen
The sausage I eat is from a place like whole foods but Canadian called choices market and they are strictly organic/grass fed the sausage I get there is buffalo and lamb really good.
And this is my third time on the candida diet (I’m turning 23 in April) and no matter how many times I try it I absolutely hate buckwheat. I like all other alternative/ancient grains except buckwheat.

Thanks for the suggestions I will stick to oatmeal or Oatbran with sausage
