I find when it comes to sausage and bacon there is never any very good quality national brands out there. Im sure that some exist, but are hard to find. It might be a better option to find a high end grocer or organic natural store and purchase their house brand, it will come with a list of all the ingredients used also. Another route to go is when I go downtown to get the GF Oat bran; next door is a casein/gluten free butcher shop that carries a huge selection of sausage and bacon they carry the typical selection chicken pork beef but also buffalo and lamb but where it really counts is in their ingredients there are no fillers. Just a couple of ingredients like buffalo thyme and blueberry. So what I am saying it might benefit you to look around or seek out a quality grocer or butcher shop.
