You could swap the oat meal for oat bran and use water and half a lemon instead of milk. I posted a recipe on how to make chicken sausage in the recipe section of the forum you could make them in bulk and freeze them and defreeze them the night before. Sardine pate with buckwheat crispbreads (found on the main website recipe section). Coconut bread. Pancakes. Create a chicken or fish dish, salads with a form of protein…there are lots of other ideas in the recipe section of the forum to help you.
