and it’s used pretty widely within many products that we use. Its a possible carcinogen but not a verified one. I would only be worried about it if you worked at a titanium dioxide production facility! I personally would place it in the same realm as plastics which we cannot avoid…
There are some good kefir making resources on youtube. You can learn how to make it, store it, etc. If you do a forum search, you should find some links as well hopefully. If you ferment the kefir longer it will have less sugar. This is a low sugar diet and so you cannot avoid sugar completely.

We don’t recommend multi-vitamins because you could become deficient in certain minerals or vitamins because there is not one that is 100% DV, they all contain more or less than that usually. Even though its more expensive, I have found that its a better experience.
