For pleasure and the ‘ritual’ that I miss is organic de-caf coffee acceptable?
I added oat-bran ‘oatmeal’ this morning and seemed to tolerate it well. How long do most people stay on the super strict protocol?
May I ask, do you now eat other ‘civilian’ foods or are you pretty much a lifer?
