What times do you eat meals? Are you eating plenty of foods to the point where you feel full after each meal? Have you tried supplementing with minerals? Have you tried chamomile tea?
What antifungals are you taking? All antifungals aid in digestion. If you are taking just coconut oil, this might not be good enough.
Additionally, your liver is strongly tied to digestion. If your liver is ailing, healing it will bring great benefit.
I’d also consider trying out digestive enzymes instead of bitters. The enzymes really do a good job aiding your digestion.
Another thing to try is fatty acids. AFA’s are examples, SF722, cod liver oil, etc. These also have anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties.
If all else fails, I would consider trying out the throat coat tea which aids your digestion and heals the gut. I call this tea the leaky gut tea.
