I’m taking pantothenic acid (B5), magnesium, ashwaghanda, adrenal cortex and a bunch of herbs (‘adrenal optimizer’). You also have to take enough rest and avoid stress if possible. Try to go to bed before 22h. My adrenals aren’t fixed yet, but I’m feeling less anxious and more awake.
