I’ve been having a tough time with limiting my meat as well. It’s been pretty tough, but I realized that I’m actually saving a TON of money! It costs like half as much to get enough veggies to fill me up. I’ve been making “mashed potatoes” out of cauliflower, which is not only very filling but cheap as heck. I’m actually discovering you can do all KINDS of things with cauliflower…. but I like the suggestion of rutabaga as well!
I never cared this much about food before. But right now I sound like a foodie.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know htat I understand where you’re coming from, but keepyour head up cuz you can def. fillup with the right veggies
