If you try rutabagas, please be extremely cautious about the possibilities of die-off occurring. The worst episode I had with die-off toxins happened the night following the first time I had rutabaga. So if you’re not taking Molybdenum and you’re still experiencing die-off, you probably shouldn’t have but two to three bites at the most.
The rutabaga is called a Swede in the UK, and another name used is yellow turnip. Regular turnips, belonging to the same family, contain antifungal properties although not nearly as powerful. I’m aware of this because I had eaten bowls of boiled turnips throughout my treatment but did not experience the same degree of Candida toxins until I had the rutabaga. Potentially dangerous stuff.
