“Oh you’ve lost (a lot of) weight”.
Hearing people say this to me, and that’s a lot of people on a regular basis, makes me either want to bite their head off and say “YOU THINK I DON’T KNOW THAT?” or walk around depressed for the rest of the day.
I have dropped close to 20kg. Imagine going from 77kg down to 57kg. I feel like a skeleton.
However looking in the mirror is different. As my mood has improved a few weeks into the diet, I can now see that isn’t the case. I still have my muscular shape, just not the size. I’m more like a featherweight boxer now, still cut but not big.
It can only get better from here.
