Oh yeah – the apple cider vinegar! I usually buy the Bragg brand with the “mother” and hope this is okay to drink.
I just know that a lot of vinegar is off limits but the apple cider vinegar seems to be okay.
How best to do the vinegar? Diluted with some distilled water? Perhaps add some fresh squeezed lemon in there as well? That should cut through the crud in my throat, right? 😉
