The only thing to do is get back on the diet. If you want to cheat have more of the foods allowed to keep you full. The fruit isnt the worst thing. Fruit can have its benefits for the immune system but candy bars, sweet bread and starbuck junk is beyond over the top. Personally you have to give up those last 3 things forever. They have no place in our bodies and only do harm and no good. Youre gonna have to understand why people on the forum are gonna be hard on you. This is a very difficult process and this kind of cheating is honestly inexcusable. If you want to cure your overgrowth and stay that way for the rest of your life then these foods have to go or you ll just get sick again. Starbucks and those other big food and drink companies are also pathetic. They shouldnt even exist so please do not contribute to their success because they just get rich while people get poor and sick.
If you ever get tempted for something sweet eat oatbran or buckwheat with stevia and cinnamin this will rock your sweet tooth and its ingredients are allowed. My mom tried it and she said it was too sweet. Keep in mind that shes the kind of person that enjoys soda, cakes, cookies, sweet cereals and dried fruit with added sugar so that says alot.
Your also gonna have to wait out the recovery. your gonna feel bad probably for a few days. I mean when i eat chicken my digestive systems get bothered for atleast 2 days. I cant image how you feel. Sometimes its ok to beat yourself up so you know not to do it again because this wasnt a simple mistake this was a conscience decision. Make the diete so that your eating the foods allowed but it fits your needs so that you dont fall of the wagon again. good luck and always stay positive.
