That sounds like a major blunder; but what to do to get over it? I would continue on the diet, and maybe take some supplements that will detox you such as lemon, ginger, vitamin c, etc.
Did you do this on the cleanse or the diet? You shouldn’t be doing any cheating while on the cleanse…
Why did you do all of this when you were sick? Or did the foods cause you to get sick?
I would look at this as a strong case of cause and effect; eating those foods caused you to feel bad and now you learned your lesson.
