As far as goat cheese is concerned, it probably wouldn’t hurt to have a small slice perhaps twice a week, but I would be careful to keep the total carbohydrate count for the day low enough to prevent Candida reactions, and just watch for a Candida symptom after you’ve eaten it the first time. By the way, I would start with only a few bites the first time.
Yogurt made from goat milk would be great for keeping the beneficial bacteria count in your system up.
