Let me know how it turns out. I’m going to try it with kefir, too. I get symptoms after eating Greek yoghurt, but I always eat stupid amounts, and usually after avoiding it for a long time. The key seems to be eating only to a level of tolerance long enough to allow the flora to adjust. This applies to pretty much any food. Up until last week, I was going about things with the complete opposite approach (thinking in terms of FODMAPs and allergies), which is short-sighted and solves nothing, so I’m really glad I found that guy’s blog.
