Hi Able and all, I made the second batch of water kefir and it’s still super sweet… so I thought maybe I should try and make milk kefir, as I read the lactose levels are very low so I could tolerate it (I tolerate yogurt no problem). My question would be: can I convert water kefir grains to milk kefir grains? How??
Other question: in 2 weeks I am going on holiday for 10 days, should I keep the grains in the fridge? I am afraid they are going to die :S
