Thank you for your post, Blue.

That’s quite a powerful blanket statement which I can’t imagine ever making. Please post the links to the posts which show me (Able900) making that statement. And just to make it clear, I can’t be responsible for the claims of other experts on the forum.
The following should be a matter of common sense, but I guess it isn’t always; what’s offered here in the protocol and the diet is a Candida treatment consisting of various over-the-counter supplements and a specific diet. It’s not part of a medical procedure which includes any treatments other than a diet and supplements. If you have special problems which may require the assistance of a medical professional, then it is up to you to seek these treatments as they are not a part of this protocol. Neither I nor the other experts on the forum are medical professionals, and therefore we do not have the authority to advise anyone on a treatment which is defined as a medical procedure. All we can do is to offer our own individual experiences and the research that we’ve bothered to locate. If you know or believe that you need medical help, then please seek the consultation of a registered medical professional.
I feel like a borken record, but it really is each individual’s choice to follow this particular diet and protocol, or to follow the diet on the Candida Diet website, or a diet suggested by a doctor or naturopath, or even to devise their own diet and treatment through research and experiments the way I did. Following any diet and protocol is each individual’s decision and no one else’s.

As usual, instead of stating facts, this is simply more speculation on your part.
At this point in time, after two years of being Candida-symptom free, I feel that I am presently living a completely Candida albicans-free life. Since going off of the Candida diet and treatment less than two years ago, I’ve gained back the 30-odd pounds which I had lost during the treatment. I don’t know what your opinion is, but my opinion is that I am not starving as you claim. Nevertheless, I plan to follow, not a Candida diet, but a healthy diet for the rest of my life whether you or anyone else likes it or not.
