ok i just read some very scary articles, from this point on i’m only interested in natural vitamins not synthetic ones.
Does anyone know where i can find an ingredient chart so i can see what the natural form of vitamins are as produced in the body?

EDIT: Are vitamins even available in their ‘natural forms? I know B12’s natural form of Methylcobalamin is available [as opposed to cyanocobalamin], so i presume there’s others?
