Turmeric has the same strength to protect the liver as milk thistle, but is also an excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
So I went and got myself some turmeric. How much should I be using to derive these benefits? Are we talking a little sprinkle once a day, or coating as much of my meals as I can stomach with the stuff?
