If Candida were not in the picture, yes, I suspect you would have lost weight by adding even a few hundred more calories. It would depend on the speed of your metabolism too (age, gender). Generally, the more overweight a person is, the faster weight initially comes off. As you get closer to your target weight, the pounds come off slower. As said too, people mistake initial large drops of weight too for fat when infact it is probably mostly water.
This board is for Candida, not Weight Watchers. I do, in fact, understand how weight loss works when Candida is not at play. I’m not sure why you are sharing this with us.
