I’ve been vegetarian or vegan for 17 years…doing pretty well, on day 71. I’ve been meticulously rotating most foods for the last month since I started getting reactions to food again. Stupid leaky gut. I just get used to eating the same stuff…think of my food as medicine.
Also, sunflower seed butter could be causing you problems. Mold issues, plus they are difficult to digest. I felt a lot better when I cut them out.
I think you are concentrating too much on protein, man. I know you’re fighting, but I just feel like you are going to keep having problems unless you chill out with the MMA and protein obsession and just focus on healing. I probably get about 40-50g protein a day which isn’t a ton, but it’s enough. I don’t have energy problems too much anymore. I eat about 2 eggs a day, yogurt or kefir every to every other day, and then buckwheat cereal with hemp protein powder every day for breakfast.
