It’s difficult to do this vegan, but it’s possible. shayfo was vegan on this for awhile, but has started adding in eggs from her chicken.
I was vegan before I went on the diet, but I found it best for me to add eggs back in. I also have since added dairy kefir and some greek yogurt on occasion. For protein, you can have buckwheat, coconut products, and hemp protein. I don’t eat a ton of non-veggies…I shoot for 75% veggies a day, but usually hit around 60, I’d say.
I have not eaten meat in 17 years.
