Just over five months into the diet now. Here’s an update of my current diet and anti-fungal protocol:
Before breakfast, I take one 35 billion CFU probiotic cap with DDS-1.
Oat bran with a little organic stevia.
One slice of coconut/teff/buckwheat/millet bread spread with organic coconut oil/organic almond butter/organic tahini/organic coconut butter.
Yoghurt kefir smoothie with rice bran flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, glutamine, inulin, stevia, water, cinnamon, ginger.
After breakfast, I take:
One Vitamin C cap
One Biotin tab
One Vitamin A&D3 cap
Three Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc caps
In the coming weeks, I’ll be adding in some B vitamins and vitamin E, as well as cod liver oil.
Green salad (comprising lettuce, cucumber, onion etc) with olive oil and ACV.
Occasionally one or two pieces of buckwheat/millet flatbread OR one slice of coconut/teff/buckwheat/millet bread.
After lunch, I take:
One Garlicin tab
Two Cumin Seed caps
One Olive Leaf Extract cap
Three SF722 softgels
I used to rotate Oregano Oil/Grapefruit Seed Extract but have stopped for the time being.
Vegetable omelette with onions, garlic, eggplant, zucchini, herbs/spices and with a dollop of ACV mustard and/or organic sauerkraut OR assorted veggies (eggplant, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, garlic, ginger etc) panfried with olive oil/coconut oil OR vegetable/chicken curry with organic curry powder and buckwheat/millet groats or buckwheat soba, or occasionally quinoa. I eat chicken twice a week at the most.
Sometimes a slice of buckwheat/teff etc bread.
After dinner, I take the same anti-fungals as at lunchtime. I usually drink a cup of organic, caffeine-free chamomille/peppermint/ginger/rooibos tea in the evening. During the day I drink bottled water.
Before bed I take another 35 million CFU probiotic cap.
I don’t have enough time to cook a lot at lunchtime, so my main meal is in the evening. I’d appreciate any feedback/concerns people may have.
