I suggest you try to work more raw vegetables into your diet. They help to balance your pH which is crucial to healing. Your diet looks good otherwise. I try not to lean so heavily on allowed grains and have really tweaked my raw veggie intake. It helps a lot. If nothing else, try adding a slice of tomato or side of slaw to your breakfast and dinner. Also, you can make your own mayonnaise using EVOO and virgin organic coconut oil. It’s pretty easy if you use a blender.
I think you posted about buying kefir starter, but you might want to look into buying actual kefir grains from The Kefir Lady (http://www.kefirlady.com/). It’s much better because you keep your grains alive and you only buy once. Also, the kefir starters generally have additives including lactose. You can culture your kefir on the countertop for 24 hours, then strain and start another batch. Do a second ferment for about 8 – 10 hours of the original with ground vanilla beans or coconut cream concentrate mixed in…it’s delicious. If you can choke down the kefir starter stuff, you’ll love the twice fermented homemade. Always use unfortified organic milk for your kefir because fortified milk contains corn oil or propylene glycol – never ultrapasteurized (dead) milk.
