Sounds like leaky gut to me probably still some SIBO/SIFO?
This leads to inflammation throughout your system and can cause symptoms, such as:

One of the biggest warning signs that you may have leaky gut can be that you’re experiencing multiple food sensitivities. Partially digested protein and fat can seep through your intestinal lining making their way into your bloodstream which will cause an allergic response.

Here’s what I’d recommend bringing up with your DR
Avoid Dairy Gluten Sugar and Phytates temporarily(or permanently if you have that much control)
Gelatin/Bone Broth for Leaky Gut (great lakes makes a very nice one I use)
Avoid stress as much as possible
Maybe glutamine? But it can be converted to glutamic acid so I’m not sure.
Soothing Herbs such as Aloe Vera, Liccorice Root, Slippery Elm, Marshmellow Root
Minimize Sugar and high glycemic index foods for duration of treatment
Peppermint Oil 30min to 1 HR before eating each meal 2-3x a day(high success rate in studies)
Digestive Enzymes and proper betaine HCL with each meal
SF722 3×5 or more per day
Oil of Oregano or Berbine(can disrupt colonic flora though)
Proper Chewing of Food
Possibly SCD type diet
For very Severe cases elemental diet as last resort
Supplement with Probiotics is crucial:
I reccomend lactobacillus species
Bactillus Coaguluns is an amazing spore probiotic too.
Bring all this up with your DR and see what they think. You can pick and choose things you think will help or if you have the money try it all if your DR agrees. I’d be very surprised if your symptoms don’t get better after doing all this.
The immune reactions will stop once you treat your leaky gut. 😀
