Well I reduced it down from 500g to 100 to 200g and the cravings have definitely gone. But what disappoints me is that I’ve had to stop it completely because it makes my tongue feel worse. This is the same for kale too.
Maybe i wasnt as aware when i started eating them both but i dont think they caused me problems when i started eating them. Could it be that I over did it by having too much every day? At the most I had 400g of the kale per day.
I’m about to order a strong probiotic. Should I be able to start tolerating things better once i’ve been on it a while?
