I would do two things. Get a strong antifungal that will further kill off the candida such as grapefruit seed extract, oregano oil, etc. I would also get a good high strength probiotic; probiotics are the single most important thing you need for your recovery. The kefir and yogurt are only supplying millions of probiotic per day, while you need something between 30-90 billion per day to get better. It is expensive but its what you’ve gotta do to get better. If you drank water kefir throughout the day though, this might be an OK amount to get by…but you need to drink quite a bit to get a count in the billions through drinking it.
