My coconut oil is always changing form. Some days it’s solid and other days it’s liquid. I have read from many sources that cocnut oil doesn’t lose it benefits when it’s heated like many other oils out there but it’s always better cook with it as opposed to vegetable oils and peanut oil right? Coconut oil is also amazing with cream of buckwheat and stevia. That was my treat. It was delicious In my opinion. I’m currently taking a break from it but I used to mix like 2 tbl in the buckwheat until it was absorbed. You get all the benefits without the greasy texture because its mixed with buckwheat. You guys should try it if your interested in buckwheat which I believe should be introduced after 2-3 weeks in to stage 2. Enjoy guys and stay positive.
