Those things you mentioned are definitely key. I think throwing starch in there would be a good one to consider also. Although that is related to sugar in a way.
I have heard that starch is broken down further down the GI tract so I am not too sure on how to handle that one completely.
My philosophy is the lower the starch (along with sugar, inflammatories, mold, GI) the better.
Pure Omega 3 specifically EPA and DHA are strong anti-inflammatories. It would be good to load up on those.
