If you don’t have any problems eating eggs now, then don’t worry about it too much. I know at times when you are already on such a restricted diet and still feeling bad it is easy to start to suspect everything as a potential problem food, but that’s not really helpful. I can see from your other posts that you are having a hard time. So try not to take on board extra worries that might not even be the case for you. If eggs have been fine so far, then most likely they will continue to be so onwards as well.
I personally did go through a period when I got reactions to eggs. I don’t know why though. At the time the only thing that helped was not eating them every day. The food rotation is something I read somewhere as being useful for treating leaky gut, which I have. I decided to try it as I was having reactions to absolutely everything (even some vegetables) and didn’t know what else to do. It did help me. But as I said, if you are not having reactions to eggs then why bother with even considering rotating foods (it’s just making things even more complicated). I don’t really know what was going on with me that time, but I am a lot better now. I don’t actually do the food rotation any more as I don’t have any need to. And I can pretty much have eggs every day again.
Until something presents itself as a problem for you, don’t worry about it even if you did read that it happened to someone else. It might not be the same problem with you. And most people tolerate eggs just fine, even in larger amounts.
