I admit that I do feel deprived somewhat, because I do love sugar and simply carbs. However, most doctors that I have actually told about the diet have agreed that it sounds pretty good for you, mostly vegs, some meat and protein, and a few carbs. More and more doctors are coming over to this way of thinking.
I am perfectly fine with taking medication and being on a healthier diet if that’s what works for you. I don’t have any problem with that. But please do not assume that I have not seen doctor’s about this problem and my diet because I have. I think doctor’s are very smart, however, they could not help me with this problem. The mystatin, the oxistat, thediflucan, the steroidal ointment, the antibiotic ointment, none of it really helped. It temporarily solved the problem, but didn’t get rid of it. I haven’t used any cream on my lips in over a month, I consider this a success. Doctors couldn’t figure it out, they even said so, that is why I am on this diet.
There is nothing wrong with knowing your own body and knowing what it needs. I hope that you glean what you need from this website and try not to take it too seriously.
