I would have thought L Glutamine was beneficial.
The cells of the intestine utilise L Glutamine so I think it leads to better intestinel health. As I understand it, it’s not an essential amino acid, but if your body is in a catabolic state (fighting infection / healing etc) then it becomes essential to the process.
It comes from meat and veg mainly.. including such as spinach, so should be ok to supplement??
I’m not an expert though.
