I’d just stick to walking until you stop feeling hungover (a few weeks at least), then try to start jogging again. Jogging burns next to no calories above your RMR, so you don’t need to load up on carbs like people think. Regular exercise has tons of benefits including improving circulation (good for detox) and immunity, which should help with the treatment. It’s also anti-inflammatory and may even reduce some symptoms. I think it should be a part of the treatment when people feel up to it, but you shouldn’t push yourself.
