I’d recommend that you drop running/exercising at least for the first 3-6 months of the diet. Your body is taxed as it is trying to fight off the candida. I’ve been on the diet for over five months now, and have only started back at the gym during the past week and I’m taking it real easy. I do weights and very little cardio. Hopefully in another 3-4 months I’ll be able to raise my game a little but for now it’s small steps.
