Hi, Katy. Since you’ve added all the foods you named to your diet, I would depend on them and the probiotic for the B vitamins. As I stated earlier, the probiotic will more than likely be able to make ample amounts of the B vitamins eventually, provided you are not genetically inclined to be deficient in any of the B vitamins.
You asked about adding red meat to your diet, I would definitely stay away from that – indefinitely. Eating the fish and/or chicken at least once a day along with several eggs a day, preferably all organic of course, should hopefully be enough along with the probiotic, and vegetables have the B vitamins as well.
