Thanks Able. I added 2 drops of oregano oil and took 8 teaspoons of coconut oil but will make that 10 in the next day or so.

I’ve got a couple more questions for you. Is it fine for me to take 2 drops of molydenum a day as well? I’m still getting symptoms all over the place and I was hoping this could tell me which ones are die off symptoms as they hopefully disappear.

Also – is low blood pressure a side effect of Candida or die off? I’ve become convinced that a few of my symptoms are due to my low blood pressure.. although its not terribly low it is ‘on the low side of normal’ according to my GP. But what I don’t get is why my lightheadedness, dizziness and tiredness can be so pronounced if its only on the low side of normal. It also comes and goes (been worse the past 2 days which is why I bring it up again).

(Could a vitamin B12 deficiency be causing this? Or any of the vitamin Bs for that matter as I don’t take any.)

Anyway what I wanted to know is whether you think this has anything to do with the Candida/die off symptoms or if this is something else entirely. They’ve got me going to the cardiologist soon but I don’t particularly want to go down that route, taking any medications they may give me, if it could be cured by the steps i’m taking to eliminate candida. I realise you’re not a doctor and may not want to commit to anything – I’m just looking for some advice.

Also I was under the impression that lower blood pressure and a slower heart rate (mine is again on the ‘low side of normal’) were good things!

I appreciate you looking into the cold feeling – its pretty weird and really does just feel like a blast of ice in my stomach. I even sometimes feel it in my arms..?! Where do you usually do your research? Books, internet? I’ve tried as much as I can but I’m afraid I don’t understand most of the medical jargon… need my research in layman’s terms!

Best wishes, Katy
