I am happy to report that yesterday was the first day that I felt good not without any symptoms but feeling good.
Just happily digesting my food, not feeling bloated, having as near to good digestion as is possible at this stage
Of my diet. I must say that I am getting a little bored of eating the same stuff but thats just a question of getting more creative!
Have 2 questions can I use rice flour at this stage of my diet?
Can i have buckwheat groats at this point?
