Coconut milk kefir tastes pretty good and has a ton of calories. A small glass has over 50g of fat, which is about equivalent to 4 tbsp of coconut oil. If you could find one without crappy fillers and afford to drink a couple of glasses a day, it could act as a replacement, but if you want to be hitting 12 tbsp+, you’ll need to get some coconut oil. It can be used for cooking and melted into things, so it doesn’t have to be a nightmare to eat. I have a virgin one as a supplement, refined one for cooking and fermented coconut milk when I feel like it. Eating moderate amounts of real coconut might be another source if you like it.
