Try adding more saturated fats (coconut oil, ghee, duck/goose fat) to your diet. These actually have health benefits on a balanced low-carb diet, and they can help the uptake of omega-3s from the fish you’re eating, which should be fatty kinds (sardine, mackerel, salmon etc). Until you feel stable, eat something with fat or protein when you feel faint or dizzy.
