I am also making my own goat milk kefir and drink one cup in the morning and one cup in the evening. Also, morning and evening, I take a 25+ probiotic pill. I’m six weeks in, and I am wondering if I can increase the pills and take 50+ billion/twice daily?
Regarding prebiotics, I regularly consume buckwheat—mostly as hot cereal in the morning with coconut oil, coconut manna, and a bit of kefir. But also have it in coconut bread, as pancakes, and every now and then, noodles.
And I’m really good about eating a lot of vegetables!
