I’m really pleased I came across this post. I’ve experienced mild hypoglycemia twice today, and both times it’s coincided with taking Swedish Bitters. Until now, the hypoglycemia has improved dramatically. The only other possibilities I can think of are (a) the Swedish Bitters on my tongue aren’t sufficient to kick-start my digestion, and therefore I’m not getting much energy from my food. (It’s interesting that I’m getting more flatulence today than I’ve had for the past two weeks.); and (b) I’m eating two bowls of buckwheat porridge per day for calories, and this is too much carbohydrate.
Any thoughts on the last possibility would be really helpful.
