Able is correct in saying that you should ween yourself off the caffeine. Not only can it cause you to feel physically ill, but it can hurt your body. Caffeine is a drug. When you drink loads of caffeine constantly your body becomes dependent on it just like any other drug. I dont believe, correct me if I’m wrong, that caffeine feeds the candida, but it does suppress the adrenal system. Which is why people over time continually drink more and more per day to keep themselves going. When you quit cold turkey your body goes into shock looking for that crutch which is the reason for the side effects. You would probably do you and your body a favor by slowly stepping down the caffeine until water/lemon water is your main source of liquids.
The caffeine is probably why water tastes so bad right now as well. I have heard this from others that they dont like the taste of water. I attribute that to the body and taste buds looking for that caffeine fix. Once you get off the caffeine, water will taste good and you will look forward to your next glass.
