The vitamin A supplement in the multiple is probably acceptable, but look at the vitamin B amounts, this is usually where the problem lies with a multiply vitamin. Check the percentages and notice how different the amounts are considering that each amount of a B vitamin should be 100% of the RDA. Look carefully at the biotin amount as it’s one of the most important B vitamins one can take. Is it much less than the other B vitamins?
