If you’re not taking Betaine Hydrochloride add this to your regimen. Take one pill just before each meal. If this continues to be a problem, increase the amount by one pill a day with one of your meals until you can see a difference in the symptoms.
I don’t think my kidneys are happy at the moment. I don’t have a UTI, but have dark circles under my eyes.
